'Grey's Anatomy,' 'Private Practice,' 'The Office' and 'Fringe' are among the most DVR-viewed shows on television, according to data released by The Hollywood Reporter.

Based on Nielsen numbers, the report measured how much each show's ratings benefited from DVR viewing up to seven days after initial broadcast.

Running on the ultra-competitive Thursday-night schedule -- where eight of the top-12 most-DVR'd shows air -- 'Grey's' audience tally in the all-important adults 18-49 demo increased by 28 percent, giving the hospital drama an industry-leading 1.4-point ratings boost in that category.
